Terms of Use

01Scope

These terms apply to the Leafront app and this site, provided by Hagakun (the "operator"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

02Relationship with GitHub

• Leafront is an unofficial app by an independent developer. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by GitHub, Inc.
• You need a GitHub account. Your use of GitHub is governed by the GitHub Terms of Service, and you use Leafront in line with them.
• Leafront sells app features. It does not sell access to GitHub services or data.

03Leafront Pro (subscription)

• Bulk actions and filtering by author kind need the paid Leafront Pro. Everything else is free.
• Leafront Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly (¥500) or yearly (¥4,800) in Japan. Prices in other countries are those shown in the store.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Purchases and refunds follow each store's terms.
• On a new device, use "Restore purchases" in the app.

04Free trial

• Both the monthly and yearly plans start with a 7-day free trial, once per store account.
• Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the plan you chose is charged when the trial ends.

05Renewal and cancellation

• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• To cancel: on iOS, Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• After you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period. When Pro ends, no data is deleted.

06Prohibited use

• Use that breaks the law, the GitHub Terms of Service, or the rights of others.
• Reverse-engineering or modifying the app to remove limits or to redistribute it.

07Warranty and liability

• The app is provided as is. Changes to or outages of GitHub may stop features from working.
• You are responsible for the results of actions you send to GitHub from the app (closing, merging and so on). Except in cases of the operator's intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the app.

08Changes

Changes to these terms are posted on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you agree to the changed terms.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
